1200 Series Air Cured Coatings

| Description |
KG’s 1200 ONE PART Air Cured coatings are formulated from KG Industries proprietary single component
water based polyurethane resin system. The KG 1200 Series Coatings will produce a hard,
but flexible coating with a cure time of only 80 minutes at an ambient temperature of 70 degrees F.
The KG 1200 Coating Series was formulated to address the need for a low VOC, Air Cure System to
replace two part catalyzed systems which may need well over 500 hours to cure.
Most impressive, and unlike most two part systems, the 1200 Series will provide good chemical resistance
to even the Keytone Solvents.
The KG 1200 Series is an ideal coating for All Plastics, Rubber or any substrate that cannot be subjected to high heat.
The KG 1200 Series will be useful in an array of different industries including,
but not limited to, Motorcycles, Firearms, Watercraft, Automotive and Play Ground Equipment.
