National Canada Postal Strike Announcement September 26th, 2025

 

As of September 26th, 2025 there will be no package shipment/deliveries until the strike is resolved.

All new orders placed during this time will be shipped based on the priority received once the strike has been resolved.

         1. Please do NOT place an order if you do not agree/consent to the above.
         2. Orders received during the strike will NOT be refunded.
         3. Special orders or order modifications will NOT be accepted during the strike.

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept product returns or exchanges.
Unauthorized returned items will be sent back with no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • There are no cancellations once your order has been processed
  • There are no cancellations on special orders, special order items, or custom parts
  • CORETAC SOLUTIONS will reserve the right to review and refuse any order cancellation request prior to processing
Defective Product Policy:


Please send an Email to service@coretacsolutions.com within 7 days of receipt of the item with the following details:

  1. Contact Information and purchase information including date of purchase
  2. Details of the problem you have encountered
  3. If this is a technical problem, please provide pictures depicting the issue

Depending on the problem, we'll try to resolve the issue or present your case to the appropriate manufacturer within 1-2 business days.

Authorized refund policy:

Effective January, 2024 a 3.0% processing fee will be charged on all authorized refunds. Please review our Terms & Conditions and accuracy of your order before completing the order.

Only authorized refunds will be accepted with an applied processing fee.
Examples of refunds that might be authorized are as follows:

  • Order placed by mistake before processing (multiple quantities, wrong item, international orders, etc.)
  • Multiple Order consolidation with authorized return shipping fee
